Mobile Travel Fee

Starting at $20

Travel fees are based on distance and appointment location. Your travel fee will be provided and agreed upon before I begin traveling to your appointment.

Evening, Weekend & Holiday Appointments

Appointments outside regular business hours are available when scheduling permits and may include a convenience fee:

• Evening appointments — after 5:00 p.m.: +$15
• Weekend appointments: +$20
• Holiday appointments: +$25
• Same-day or urgent appointments: +$25

Only the applicable convenience fee will be charged; these fees are not combined for the same appointment.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointment Deposits

Standard Appointments — $25 Deposit

A $25 deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final service balance.

Priority Appointments — $50 Deposit

A $50 deposit is required for same-day/urgent, evening, weekend, holiday, and other after-hours appointments. The deposit is applied toward your final service balance.

Priority appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 2 hours' notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, or situations where the signer is unavailable, does not have acceptable government-issued identification, or the required documents are not ready for notarization may result in forfeiture of the applicable deposit.

 

If I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. When possible, I will provide advance notice and offer the option to reschedule.

 

Payments

Payment is due when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

I accept cash, debit and credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and secure Square payments.

All applicable fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment and, when applicable, before travel begins.

A deposit or card on file may be required to secure certain appointments, including priority appointments or appointments for new clients. This helps protect reserved appointment times and reduce last-minute cancellations.
